It is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the Client to ensure that all public notice signs, including the specific wording/copy on the sign and its physical placement, are in full and strict compliance with all applicable local municipal bylaws, provincial regulations, and any other relevant governmental ordinances in the jurisdiction where the sign is to be displayed.

Owen Signcraft manufactures signs based on the specifications and copy provided by the Client. By approving the design and copy, the Client acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for its content and intended use.

Owen Signcraft expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for any failure by the Client to comply with these requirements. This includes, but is not limited to, any repercussions, penalties, fines, financial losses, legal actions, or other adverse consequences resulting from:

• Errors in the sign copy (e.g., incorrect dates, times, addresses, or required legal language).
• Incorrect placement or display of the sign (e.g., wrong setback, height, or duration of display).
• Any violation of local zoning or public notice bylaws.

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Owen Signcraft from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the non-compliance of the public notice sign's content or placement.
